How do I get my images ready for presets?
Before you can use an XML preset, you need to have your images ready. The first step is to open your image in Alight Motion. Next, go to the Layer menu and select New Layer. Choose Image from the list of layer types. Now, select the image you want to use and click Open. Finally, go to the File menu and select Save As. Choose XML from the list of file types and click Save.
What are the differences between the 4 different effect types?
There are four different types of effects in Alight Motion: layer effects, source effects, color effects, and audio effects. Layer effects are applied to individual layers and can be used to change the position, rotation, scale, opacity, or style of a layer. Source effects are applied to video or image sources and can be used to change the source footage itself. Yes! You can apply color overlays to any preset in Alight Motion. To do this, simply tap the Color button in the top toolbar. Then, select the color you want to use from the palette. You can also adjust the opacity of the color overlay by tapping and dragging the slider.
