How to Use Alight Motion XML Presets for Video Editing

One of the easiest ways to get motion into your videos and images, even if you don’t have access to motion capture technology, is by using Alight Motion XML presets in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro CS6. These XML files allow you to easily import motion graphics into your editing software and customize them to your liking with very little effort on your part. For example, if you want an actor to appear as though they are running across the screen, you can select the preset that has an running tag attached and then drag it onto the actor’s layer in your video editing program.

How do I install presets?
